Active Day services are delivered through scheduled facilitation sessions, implementation support, and related materials.
Rescheduling and cancellation
To reschedule or cancel, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Notice periods and any associated fees are confirmed in your service agreement.
Refunds
Where refunds apply, they are assessed using agreed terms, work already completed, and reasonable preparation costs. Any approved refund is processed using the original payment method where practical.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
